About Andarna

Andarna is a golden feathertail, far smaller than the dragons around her and the only one of her kind at Basgiath. Feathertails are not supposed to bond at all. She is curious, stubborn, allergic to violence for its own sake, and full of opinions she is happy to share. Her story holds one of the series' biggest reveals, which this page will not spoil.

Rider: Violet Sorrengail

You got Andarna, the rarest result on this quiz. You see the world a little sideways, you ask the questions nobody else thinks to ask, and you refuse to be told what you are for.

If Andarna chose you

• Endlessly curious
• Soft-hearted, sharp-tongued
• Breaks the rule nobody knew was a rule

You as a rider

As a rider you would be the wild card. Not the strongest in the quadrant, but the one whose choices change what the quadrant is.

Your bond

A bond with Andarna is playful, warm and occasionally exasperating. She will choose you because you are kind when nobody is watching, and she will never let you forget that you were chosen.

Watch out for

You can be impulsive, and you trust your gut even when the facts are shouting at you.
